ON-LINE ORDERING

Please READ this before clicking on the link to enter our on-line ordering.

1. On-line ordering will only work properly with Internet Explorer - it has been tested on others (Firefox, Mozilla, etc) and it will not work.

2. You will need Adobe Acrobat 7.x installed on your machine. There is a link on the next page if you need to download it.

3. Click on an alphabetical index page listed near the top of the page. Example, click on 'D' for drills. Then the index page will allow you to go directly to the page(s) with drills. The pages on the website are the same as our catalog.

4. This will bring up the regular catalog page, in PDF format. All of the part numbers are HOT/HYPERLINKS. If you click on a partnumber it will display the details (price and qty at the Michigan warehouse) in the left-hand part of the window.

5. You can add upto the qty in the warehouse into your cart. When you are finished check-out by clicking on PREVIEW ORDER on the right hand side of the window.

6. After you have completed the details of the order, you can send it. The order will be sent via email to AFI. AFI will enter the order in their system, and process it.

7. We can ship your order via UPS, FedEx or DHL. Some of our vendors also offer special shipping promotions on these carriers too. We can use your account number if you like.

8. We will confirm lead time when we receive the order. Typically stock items will ship the same day an order is placed. Transit time will vary from 1 to 8 working day depending on shipping method selected.

9. All information on your company is for the private and confidential use of our company to complete your order. We do not sell, or give any information to third parties.

10. Orders for standard items are subject to a restock charge as set by the vendor. Items that are made to print, or special order items, or items modified are not cancellable or returnable.
